DBA Cares is the community outreach wing of Dynasty Basketball Academy (DBA). DBA Cares is committed to supporting and providing opportunities for disadvantaged individuals and communities to have access to better education, health care, and sports facilities.
MISSION
Collaborate with volunteers, donors, and organizations to support disadvantaged individuals and communities in Ghana with better education, healthcare and sports infrastructure
PROGRAMMES
Ball & Books Clinic
Free one day basketball and educational clinic run in disadvantaged schools and communities to introduce kids to basketball and educate them on the importance of education and character.

Impact Makers
A volunteer program for individuals with an interest to support DBA Cares' mission and to be active members in achieving various project objectives

Book Drive
Individuals, schools, and organizations can join in by running their own books and school stationary drive.

2012 DBA Cares Clinic at Ayenyah D/A Basic School
Event Info
The clinic was run by 2012 Dynasty elite team called the Diamonds. They served in the DBA Cares Ambassadors program which is now called the Impact Makers. During the clinic they led children through skills training, and a character sessions. At the end DBA Cares donated shoes, clothing, and a bag of rice. Some of the outstanding basketball children received invitation to attend the 2013 DBA Summer Camp.

2014 DBA Cares Refurbishing Asenema D/A Basic School Classroom
DBA Cares through the DBA 2014 Camp refurbished one of the classrooms of the school which is in a bad state and was not conducive for the students to learn in. The refurbishment included plastering of the floor, painting the classroom, and constructing a drainage in front of the classroom to avoid flooding when it rains. Also students donated clothing and shoes to the school.
2015 DBA Cares at Asenema D/A Basic School
Event Info
DBA Cares through the DBA 2015 camp run an educational workshop for the student-athletes of Asenema D/A Basic School. Students went through sessions on teenage pregnancy, developing good learning habits, and the importance of education. As part of the workshop campers organized an open clothing shop were the students picked up clothing and shoes of their choice. All participants received lunch and the teachers received bags of rice.
